Weapons mount empty now, so this seems to have solved any issue of unmounting
and remounting to replenish weapons. Ammo appears to be correctly credited back
to the players inventory when unmounting. Marking as done.
This will be fixed by hooking ammo to a weapon template via the
cargo_hardpoint.ini file. When a weapon is unmounted, any ammo will be credited
to the inventory. When a weapon is mounted, it will try to fill from the inventory.
Yes, that is what I mean. Upon mounting the 'state' of the decoy/missile pack
returns to some initial value I assume, that being a value of "Fully Loaded".
Only the decoy/missile in question has it's stock replenished. Other's are not
effected.
Decoys, Missiles, and Assault Cannons can be rearmed for free by simply
unmounting them then remounting them (current build only has decoys to try this
with, but my working version includes missiles and assualt cannons)
